Woodcarving Illustrated Fall 2021
In 2021, I was fortunate to be approached by Fox Chapel Publishing and asked to create an instructional article on carving a Halloween character, witch ornament for the Fall edition of Woodcarving Illustrated Magazine. This forged a great relationship with the publishers and the numerous articles that followed.
Woodcarving Illustrated Fall 2022
In 2022, I was fortunate to have another article features for the 100th issue of Woodcarving Illustrated magazine. In this installment, I gave instruction on carving a cute hanging Bat ornament to bring some friendly fun to the Halloween holidays.
Beginners Guide To Carving Low-Relief Caricature Faces 2024
Earlier the year (2024), I continued working in conjunction with the good folks at Fox Chapel Publishing and release a mini book - "The Beginners Guide to carving Low-Relief Caricature Faces". This instruction beginners guide gives a basis grounding into the craft of woodcarving or whittling. Through a series of charming projects you will develop the basic skills to working in low relief and develop a understanding with the common principles of whittling wood.
